Executive Summary

Frank has more than 15 years of experience in business brokerage services, including the buying, selling, and operating of small to medium-sized businesses.  He has worked in a variety of industries, including information technology, consumer products, manufacturing, gaming, entertainment, real estate, and restaurant management.

Frank’s expertise is in providing buyer-side due diligence, industry and competitive analysis, and overall deal support for strategic buyers, investors, and lending institutions.  Frank has also done extensive consulting work for distressed companies both public and private.  He was appointed as a chief restructuring officer for three publicly held companies and has experience in managing turnaround efforts, corporate bankruptcy cases, developing plans of reorganization, orderly liquidations, divestitures, and or dissolution of assets.

Frank has also been a part of several start-up businesses, assisted in raising capital, business plan development and execution, and investor relations.  Having been on all sides of the transaction, Frank understands the unique needs of all parties involved, including the buyer, seller, lender, and investors.  Frank’s transactional experience and integrity allow him to help all parties successfully navigate through transactions.

Key Career Accomplishments

  • Lead and completed over 30 M&A transactions, and participated in transactions totaling over $100 million.
  • Negotiated the restructuring or elimination of $5 million of debt for a senior secured lender
  • Screened more than 150 potential buyers from around the world, negotiated 14 letters of intent, and secured a deal at 110% of the asking price with favorable terms for client
  • Obtained a buyer and negotiated the sale of an Automotive Parts Distributor, International Trading Company, Financial Services BPO, Metal Distributor, Architectural Firm, and E-Commerce Company
  • Lead all efforts to sell company’s assets, including two manufacturing plants, finished goods, raw materials, and intellectual property assets
  • Renegotiated A/R and loan modifications agreements with largest strategic supplier and partner and other strategic vendors and creditors
  • Lead all property management efforts for several residential and commercial properties, including the rehab of 69,000 square-foot building purchased our of bankruptcy (28% ROI for the owners)
